Ryan has proven to me his ability as a successful and responsible insurance agent. He possesses the ability to uncover my needs and he found ways to fulfill them for me. My experience with Ryan was on my Hospital Protection Plan with Aviva when I was told by Aviva I was unable to claim for my scheduled surgery due to knee injury from a fall and excessive dancing after the fall. Ryan ensured that Aviva reimbursed me for my stay in hospital.
Ryan has demonstrated his broad experience and knowledge on different coverage that Prudential can offer and he helps me to analyze and he showed initiative to prepare comparison chart with other insurance plans for my comparison purpose too.

Being an insurance agent, Ryan had the incomparable distinctiveness of being a successful person in any organization he is in. He is very understanding and calm in the perseverance he managed putting through to persuade as many people to buy his insurance.
Unlike other agents, he does not push his customers to buy his insurance hurriedly and likewise hurt their feelings eventually. He is very polite and understanding towards any of his customers he encounter, even if he knows them well for a long time. Ryan is very faithful towards his work and we can trust him without any hesitation. He does not rush his way through in any sessions he had with his customers even though he is may be late for his next meetings, and yet he still respects their time and absence.
Apart from being a humble person, he does not only care about his customers yet he had the attention to know along their family member’s such as education or other needs. As his customer, I certainly characterized Ryan as a rare successful role model not only for my children yet my friends that had looked up to his performance. Ryan certainly had the mind of a hardworking and understanding man to achieve his dreams and be a winner to triumph!
To me Ryan is one of the rare few successful Insurance Managers who has the wisdom and the understanding to help his insurance agents enjoy doing the business!
