    CPF has a interest of 2.5% which is also risk free and guaranteed.

    Yes you are right about CPF 2.5%. The difference is, by contributing to CPF for that 2.5%, the next time you see your money is either 55 or during CPF Life payout.

    For this program, it only got a 5 years term. It’s good compared to bank or FD interest given.
